Waiver and Cancellation Policy

Liability Release: I acknowledge that Roatan Jungle Mike Tours does not provide liability insurance for incidents, accidents, or unforeseen events. By booking this tour, I voluntarily assume all risks associated with the activities and agree to waive any right to legal action or claims for damages against the company before any authority.

Cancellation & Refund Policy: I accept the company’s cancellation policy. A 100% refund will only be issued if:

1. Cancellation is requested at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled tour date.
2. My cruise ship, ferry, or flight fails to arrive in Roatan due to documented and severe force majeure events (e.g., extreme weather or mechanical failure).
