We prioritize your schedule so you can explore with peace of mind:
• Arrival: We will be waiting for you one and a half hours before your ship docks.
• Return: We guarantee to have you back one and a half hours before departure (unless you choose to return earlier).

Meeting Points
Our meeting point is located just outside the port gates. Upon exiting, look for our representative holding a sign with our logo and the passenger’s name used for the reservation.

For Hotel & Airbnb Guests
We offer convenient door-to-door service. We will pick you up and drop you off directly at your hotel lobby or the entrance of your apartment rental. A professional guide wearing our official uniform and carrying a sign will meet you at the specific location and time provided in your booking confirmation.
